Random Generators
Fair random picks for games, classrooms and giveaways: numbers in any range, with or without repeats, drawn on your own device.

Random picks are easy to get subtly wrong: some quick methods make low numbers slightly more likely, and “no repeats” is easy to forget. These generators handle both and show the odds.
Which generator to use
- Random numbers — the random number generator draws whole numbers or decimals in any range, one at a time or up to 10,000 at once, with or without repeats, sorted or in draw order.
- Dice — the dice roller rolls d4 to d100 or any die, adds a modifier, drops the lowest dice, and shows the exact chance of your total.
- Coins and lottery picks — dedicated generators are on the way; until then, the number generator does the same job: 1 to 2 is a coin, and 1 to 69 for five numbers without repeats is a Powerball-style pick.
Odds at a glance
Every value in a range has the same chance, 1 divided by the number of values. Sets are rarer: six numbers out of 49 is a 1 in 13,983,816 chance. For working with the percentages yourself, use the percentage calculator.
