Multiply the square meters by 10.7639:

Floor plans and flooring

Flooring, tile and carpet in the U.S. are priced per square foot, so converting a metric floor plan before getting quotes avoids a ten-fold mistake. A 25 m² room is 269 ft²; at $4 per square foot of flooring that is about $1,076 before waste. Add 5% to 10% for cuts, as installers do.
